Hah!, I had the books the bifocals and I even painted this in my basement, (staying with the “letter B” theme!) I was ready to sign off when I realized the coffee cup was empty. The rest is history, Baby!!
Decided to produce an “all knife-work” project. I love doing these because, NO BRUSHES! strictly . . . other objects to apply the paint. Lots and lots of fun!
This is an (It is what it is) production. Reason being . . . I stared at it and researched many, many watercraft that I was positive would complete the painting. However, I just couldn’t ruin a perfectly good body of water. So it really is what it is!
my one and only “found object” One must always broaden ones horizons. . . this again was dip into acrylic paint, then dip into glaze liquid and then apply to surface. This one is still growing on me!
This was a time-consuming project that lit up all of my anal-retentive traits! I wasn’t ever going to want to finish. However many people said “Walk away”.. . . So hard to do!. . . I adhere to strict rules though. . . once it is photographed. . . I’m finished. That policy saved me from possibly destroying a fine artwork.
